Thank you for visiting our website. Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about the processing of personal data when using this website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
- Litora Nova OÜ
- E-Residency HUB · Ahtri 12
- 10151 Tallinn · Estonia
- Email: mail@litora-nova.com
2. Hosting & server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data.
3. Cookies & local storage
This website uses only technically necessary, functional storage. Exactly one functional cookie is set — your language choice (i18n_redirected) — so the site appears in the language you selected. In addition, your choice between light and dark display is saved as a litora-mode value in your browser's local storage; this value stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. There is no tracking, analytics or advertising; no analytics or marketing SDKs are loaded.
4. External services / third parties
For display purposes this website currently loads fonts and icons from external providers (Google Fonts via fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com and the Material Design Icons web font via cdnjs.cloudflare.com). When loading, your IP address is transmitted to these providers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A switch to self-hosting these resources is planned.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, the information you provide (email address, message content) is stored and processed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right at any time to:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing (Art. 21)
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77)
